* UltraViewer Professional Plan: 1 license, 1 user, 3 devices

The UltraViewer Professional plan is suitable for users who have multiple computers and need to install the software on up to three devices. This allows you to use up to three computers located in different places, such as home, work, and a third location, with the same license for easy and fast remote support. However, please note that you can only use one of these three devices to connect to a remote computer at the same time. If you want to use multiple devices simultaneously, you need to purchase additional licenses.
 

* UltraViewer Premium Plan: 1 license, 1 user, 5 devices

The UltraViewer Premium plan is similar to the Professional plan, but allows you to install the software on up to five devices per license. This makes it convenient to use up to five computers located in different places, such as home, work, and a few other locations, with the same license for remote support. However, you can only use one of these five devices to connect to a remote computer at the same time. If you want to use multiple devices simultaneously, you need to purchase additional licenses.

It is important to note that each license can only be used by one user at a time. Therefore, if you want multiple users to control the same remote computer simultaneously, you need to purchase a separate license for each user. This ensures that each user is using the software within the terms of the licensing agreement.
