Sometimes, you may want to minimize the chat window so that it doesn’t cover other applications on your screen. Later, if you want to bring the chat window back, follow the instructions below:
 

1. Locate the UltraViewer icon in the system tray, which is typically at the bottom right corner of your screen.
2. Right-click on the UltraViewer icon. A small menu will appear.
3. From the menu, click on "Show chat" to open the chat window again.
    

   

This will bring the chat window back into view, allowing you to resume communication.
